HQ Booking Form

All sections MUST complete this form to enable them to use the HQ. This will allow the exec to keep track of how much the hall is being used and to adjust the cleaning as required. There may be a delay in the data appearing in the calendar as this has to be done manually.

THERE MUST BE A 30MIN GAP BETWEEN TWO MEETINGS TO ALLOW CLEANING OF THE HALL.
